We ship across Lithuania, the EU, the UK, and selected international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking link is emailed when your order leaves our studio. Allow 24h for the carrier to scan your parcel.

Free shipping on orders from €15 / £15 — shown at checkout when you qualify.
Working days
Processing and delivery times count Monday–Friday only. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
Custom-made means worth the wait. We do not hold ready-made stock — your design is printed and assembled after you order. If you need a gift by a specific date, order early or contact us before buying.
Common questions
Why does delivery take up to 10 working days?
Production takes 1–3 working days because each item is made for you. Shipping then takes 3–7 working days depending on your country and carrier. That adds up to roughly 4–10 working days total.
Do you ship on weekends?
We may prepare orders over the weekend, but delivery time estimates only count working days (Monday–Friday).
My tracking has not updated — what should I do?
Carriers often need up to 24 hours after pickup to scan a parcel. If nothing changes after 2 working days, email us with your order number and we will help.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos if damaged. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
Will it really look like the preview?
Yes — we use the same hex colours as on our website. The only difference may come from your screen settings (brightness, colour profile, etc.).
What if I made a typo in my order?
If you have already ordered but your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will update it. If your order has already shipped, we can send the correct letter(s) in a separate shipment — shipping charges may apply.
